Items may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 21 days of delivery date. All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s). Items may not be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within two business days of the package’s original delivery.
To cancel an order, please call Customer Support within an hour of making the order. Orders cannot be canceled via email.
To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

-Please package and ship the items to the return address below. **Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return, as we do not provide return labels. We do recommend using USPS because they are typically the cheaper option.**

-Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Beyond Grace is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
-After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive a store credit sent via email with a code for the return amount included.
-We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition.
-Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned by customers. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

A: We occasionally restock sold out styles. However, we cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked. We do receive New Arrivals weekly, so keep an eye out on on our website!

A: You can enter your Promo Code on the cart page in the box that says "Coupon Code" or on the checkout page in the box that says "Coupon/Gift Certificate."
Q: Can I combine more than one promotion in the same order?
A: No, only one promo or coupon code may be used per order. Some coupon codes are only valid on certain products, and some are only valid on full-priced items, and the discount amount will be shown at checkout.

Q: Do you have extended sizing?
A: We do carry extended sizes in select styles and you can find them by using the sizing filter on our website.
Q: How can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
A: Gift cards can be purchased in store at either of our store-front locations.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our processing time frame for shipments is 2-3 business days. During busier sales or seasons, we ask that you allow for 4-5 business days of processing. Shipment times vary based on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.
Q: I think my package was lost or stolen. What should I do?
A: Beyond Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship to the United States, but are in the process of getting international shipping options! Keep checking back for future updates.

A: After you place your order, you should receive an email with your order number. You will also receive an email with tracking once we have shipped your items out.
